Meditation: Drop a cord of light through the crown chakra, and down through brow, throat, heart, solar, belly and root chakra, and into the core of Earth. Radiate light from the cord’s center in eight point star formation, reaching out ten feet all around you, like a sphere of radiant light. Spin and clear all chakras in this divine light. Intuitively scan each chakra for false energies, beliefs, memories. Trust yourself. Go with your first thought. Your subconscious mind is at work here. Release into Earth all false energies from your light body that are not true to your divine path. Bring the healing Earth energies up and into your light body through the golden cord and radiate outward through your light sphere.
