The Autumn Queen

๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ

I saw the Autumn Queen today stroll through the amber wood. She rustled up the forest floor with one wisp of her hand, and leaves of brown and gold swirled upon the land.

I watched through stalks of wheat upon my window pane. And daresโ€™t say a word, that she might see me again.

She glimmered just like sunshine through cold November rain. She offered to wash my soul free, then turn the Wheel again.

She said She knew the Sisters three, from Shakespeareโ€™s crafty pen. And she could spin a whole new life with that Wheel in her hand.

She glimmered just like sunshine through cold November rain. She offered to wash my soul free, then turn the Wheel again.

And so,

she spun,

and spun,

and spun

Her threads into the stars, and created webs of magic with Jupiter and Mars.

And now I glimmer just like sunshine through cold Samhuinn rain, and I offer to wash your soul free, and turn your Wheel again.

She glimmered just like sunshine through cold November rain. She offered to wash my soul free, then turn the Wheel again.

She glimmered just like sunshine through cold November rain. She offered to wash my soul free, then turn the Wheel again.

She glimmered just like sunshine through cold November rain. She offered to wash my soul free, then turn the Wheel again.
