Chakra Tone: OM

Color: Violet

Crystals: Amethyst, Diamond, Selenite

Herbal/Floral: Chamomile and Lavender tea.

Energy: Transcendance

Energy Meditation:

Healing and Transcendance within the Crown Chakra.

Begin by encircling your self in a violet flame of protection. Set your boundaries that only positive, healing energies may come into your sacred space.

1. Make an Energy Path. Drop a brilliant crystalline violet cord from above through the crown chakra. Center it through the brow, throat, heart, solar, belly chakras, down into the root chakra, and ground and anchor it into Mother Earth’s core.

2. Focus on your crown chakra at the top of your head, where your fontanelle was as an infant child.

3. Bring a Wisdom cord connection from the center of Mother Earth up through the root, belly, solar, heart, throat and brow chakras up into the crown chakra and gently open the door to your energy body.

4. Begin toning and humming as you open it’s deep center.

5. Trust your self. Whatever feelings, thoughts, memories, events or persons and past lives you find inside this chakra core are correct.

6. Bring a wellspring of crystal and mineral vibrations from the body of Mother Earth up through the root chakra, belly chakra, solar chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, brow chakra and directly into the core of the crown chakra, creating a soft, warm blanket of healing energies to spill out of your crown chakra and pour throughout your aura filling it completely and surround and bathe you in comfort, still your mind, and begin melting any and all fear, pain and distress throughout your body, mind, heart and spirit.

7. Open your mouth and sound this mantra: “I am the beauty of the green earth, and the white moon among the stars, and the mysteries of the deep waters. From me all things proceed and unto me they must return. For I am that which is attained at the end of desire.”

8. Drop an energy cord from the crown chakra, through the brow, throat, heart, solar, belly and root chakra, down into the core of Mother Earth.

9. Feel the solidity and safety in the Earth’s core and bring that energy vibration back up into the root chakra, all the way up your spinal column, and settle it into the crown chakra.

10. Stay in the moment within your purpose and power and the Wisdom, Love and Stability of Mother Earth. Heal and nurture your Self within the violet flame circle of protection all around you. Blessed be. 🕊
